Every part of Plutos can be checked by anyone.
Each draw uses a random number from Chainlink VRF, with a proof that anyone can check. Nobody at Plutos can choose who wins.
Savings are held in short-term U.S. Treasury bills. The interest they earn pays for the prizes, so deposits are never used.
Add money with Apple Pay or a debit card, and cash out to your bank account, through Coinbase.
Plutos runs on Base. Deposits, draws and prize payments are recorded publicly, so the numbers can always be checked.
Your odds grow with what you save. Someone with $1,000 saved has ten times the chances of someone with $100.

Lottery tickets are popular because a small amount could change your life. But the money spent on them is gone.
In the UK, more than 22 million people use Premium Bonds instead, a government savings product that pays out prizes and never touches the amount saved. Plutos brings that idea to the U.S.

Prizes are paid only from interest, never from deposits, so the amount you save stays the same whether you win or not. Plutos is not a bank and won't be FDIC insured, and we'll set out every risk clearly before launch.
Each draw uses a random number from Chainlink VRF, which comes with a proof anyone can verify. Your chances depend on how much you've saved and how long it's been saved that month.
The prize pool is the interest that everyone's savings earn in a month. Plutos keeps 15% of the interest and the rest is paid out as prizes. The more people save, the bigger the prizes.
You add money with Apple Pay or a debit card through Coinbase, and you can withdraw your savings at any time. Cash-outs go to the bank account linked in your Coinbase account.
