Plutos collects as little as it can, never sells it, and deletes it when you ask. Here's exactly what that means.
Last updated October 20, 2026. Plutos is in development and runs on a test network with test money.
01
What we collect
- If you join the waitlist: your name, email, phone number, roughly how much you'd start with, and whether you want a text at launch. It's kept in a private Google Sheet that only the founders can open.
- If you sign in to the app: you sign in with your email through Coinbase. Coinbase sends the code and keeps your account's keys, so Plutos never has a password to lose. Plutos sees your email and your account address.
- If you use Add money: the amount, your phone number and your agreement to Coinbase's terms go to Coinbase to start the payment, through the Plutos money server. The server doesn't keep them.
- On the blockchain: like every blockchain transaction, your account address, deposits, withdrawals and prizes are public on the Base Sepolia test network. Your name and email are never put on the blockchain.
- In your browser: a few small notes, like which wins it already celebrated. They stay on your device.

What we don't do
No ads, no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts, and we never sell or rent your information. We only use it to run Plutos and to tell you about it.
03
Who else handles it
- Coinbase runs sign-in and payments, and its sign-in tools send Coinbase error reports. Its privacy policy applies to what you give Coinbase.
- Google stores the waitlist sheet.
- GitHub hosts this website, and Netlify runs the money server. Like any web host, they see visitors' IP addresses.
- Base, the blockchain network, records transactions publicly.
04
How it's protected
- Every page has a strict security policy: it can only run its own code and only talk to the services listed above, and it can't be shown inside another website.
- The money server only starts a payment for someone signed in to Plutos, and only into their own account. It checks every request with Coinbase.
- The Coinbase keys that run Plutos live only on the server, never in the website.
- The savings contract has no way for anyone at Plutos to take your savings: withdrawals go only to your own account, and prizes come only from interest.

Getting your data deleted
Ask us and we'll delete your waitlist entry and anything else we hold within 30 days. A contact address for requests will be posted here soon. Records on the blockchain can't be deleted by anyone, which is why your name and email are never put there.
